General

Additional shipping charges may apply, if the order is very large, heavy or is being shipped to a remote location.  

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available once shipped.​

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Always Games is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Business days are defined at Monday through Friday except holidays.

If you haven’t received your order within  30 days (90 days if international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@toujoursjeux.ca  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

For an order to ship at least one of the below conditions must be met:

- A shipping charge has been paid and no additional shipping charges apply

- The order is over the free shipping amount and no additional shipping charges apply
